SCOTT SHERMAN
FOUNDER & MANAGING ATTORNEY
As a lifetime New York resident, Scott Sherman has demonstrated a tireless work ethic in representing people injured in accidents throughout our city. For the past twenty-four years Scott has litigated personal injury and medical malpractice cases in every borough of New York.
He has resolved thousands of cases by trial, resulting in multi-million dollar awards for his clients. The unique perspective that Scott brings to each and every one of his cases is derived from a career based on honesty and integrity recognized by his peers. Scott is admitted to practice in New York State courts as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
After graduating from Boston College Law School, Scott worked for Robert Morgenthau in the New York District Attorney's Office. Since 1987, he has worked as a civil litigator. In 1994, he became a partner in the law firm of Sherman & Basichas, representing accident victims . Eleven years later, he founded the law firm of Scott L. Sherman and Associates, P.C.
